Flower farming is hard work. Growing flowers to cut and ship to various clients takes time, patience and effort. But one worker at Takase Farm in Fukuoka, Japan, falls asleep on the job constantly, and funnily enough, management don’t mind at all.
That’s probably because Peko-chan is an adorable canine member of staff, as opposed to an ordinary, not so cute human employee. She belongs to a manager at the cut-flowers farm, and helps everyone else work hard by just looking cute.

According to the staff, this basket is her favourite place to sleep, and with the beautiful spring flowers that are currently in bloom Peko-chan really looks like a forest fairy.

Peko-chan’s whimsical look reminds us of another dog who loves flowers, this shiba inu who frolicked through the baby blue nemophila last spring.
