A favorite among both locals and tourists, it has numerous attractions, playgrounds, sports fields, a zoo, and flower gardens where you can enjoy flowers all year long. When Japanese photographer puraten10 (@puraten10_japan) visited recently, he witnessed a sight which he could not resist to capture with his camera: a breathtakingly beautiful collaboration between the gentle, blue hues of the nemophila flowers (also known as baby blue eyes) stretching far and wide beneath his feet, with a grove of cherry trees blossoming in glorious shades of pink and light red in the background. © puraten10 (@puraten10_japan) © puraten10 (@puraten10_japan) © puraten10 (@puraten10_japan) As we've seen before, the nemophila flowers are beautiful in Ibaraki Prefecture's Hitachi Seaside Park, but from the looks of it, Uminonakamichi Seaside Park can give them some serious competition. Sadly, the cherry blossoms in the park have begun to shed their petals since the peak has now passed, but puraten10's gorgeous photos can thankfully be enjoyed all year long! If you'd like to see more of his amazing photography and find out about the next exhibition of his work, you can follow him on Twitter, Instagram and his page on Sony's image sharing site for users of its Alpha line cameras, αCafe.
