Japanese jazz pianist Riyoko Takagi has picked up quite the fandom since releasing her debut album "Resonance" last year, but lately the talented musician is in headlines for recent updates to her YouTube channel. Dubbed the "too sexy jazz pianist" by fans, Takagi has been showing off not only her soothing piano jazz talent but her love of enthusiasm and cosplay by dressing up as popular characters and performing the memorable opening and ending songs from their respective anime.

Nezuko Kamado ("Gurenge", Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba)

While she's performed anime themes in cosplay before in the past, she's recently taken to doing it more regularly as a stay-at-home entertainment project for fans. Over the past weeks she's appeared in a variety of character costumes and given anime fans some jazzy renditions of their favorite theme songs. Here's a few highlights.

Fujiko ("Lupin III main theme", Lupin III)

Fujiko ("Love Squall", Lupin III)

Haruhi Suzumiya ("Hare Hare Yukai", The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya)

Lum ("Lum’s Love Song", Urusei Yatsura)

Sailor Moon ("Moonlight Densetsu", Sailor Moon)

Of course, as a seasoned jazz pianist, her talents extend beyond anime. Check out her original work below!
