2020 marks the 50th anniversary since the creation of Japan’s world renowned character, Doraemon. To celebrate, a number of goods inspired by the earless, robotic, blue cat are being released by Perfect World Tokyo.

Single Bento Box

This bento box with a colour scheme of white and blue, features a motif of Doraemon in royal clothing as if he is celebrating his 50th anniversary like a king.
With it’s deep storage capacity, you can enjoy a lunch with Doraemon wherever you may be.

The bento box comes with an airtight suction lid and a partition for separating food items from one another inside the box.

Two-tiered Bento Box

This bento box comes with two individual fitted boxes and a number of ways to separate food from one another. The top box comes with two different sized containers, and the base box (which is ideal for rice or pasta) comes with a removable partition. Included just under the lid, is a pair of plain white chopsticks.

50th Anniversary Celebratory Plate

The star of the show is this anniversary celebratory plate.
“Doraemon 50th Anniversary” is printed in gold in the centre of the plate. Encompassing the title is a ring of multiple Doraemon, each with a unique expression on their face with no two the same.
The plate can be used for serving up meals, however, it also comes with a plate stand for displaying the design in a cabinet or on the wall.
