Re: Zero – Starting Life in Another World

RE: Zero – Starting Life in Another World is an anime that centres on Natsuki Subaru, a hikikomori (a reclusive adult who spends the majority of their time in their room) who finds himself transported to another world on his way home from a convenience store. After befriending half-elf girl ‘Emilia’, he is mysteriously killed, but discovers that he has the power to reverse time by dying, which he calls ‘Return by Death’. Using his new found power, Subaru sets out to protect new friends that he meets in the parallel world.
