Kuzumochi goes through a fermentation process which makes it known to be beneficial to your stomach health while not being excessively sweet. This summer, Funabashiya is collaborating with the popular anime Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba for their signature menu, original Kuzumochi. Each comes in Funabashiya original Demon Slayer packaging and also wrapped in Furoshiki (Japanese traditional wrapping cloths) with designs based on characters from the anime.
