Last year, fans of the Marvel Universe in Japan were treated to a star-studded menu at the temporary Marvel Cafe which popped up in Tokyo. It was such a hit that it’s assembling again this year for a branch in Osaka.

Since the cafe is inspired by superheroes, efforts have been made to ensure that the dishes on offer are healthy and sure to keep fans fighting fit.

The character-inspired dishes from last year are reprising their roles on the menu, and this includes the Captain America themed pasta topped with his famous shield.

Thor’s hammer, Mjolnir, has been recreated as a curry.

Or you can order just like Spiderman by going for his usual chicken sandwich.

Black Widow has inspired an appropriately coloured squid ink gratin.

There’s also Iron Man bagels made to look like doughnuts.

These dishes can be washed down with some colourful beverages that represent various characters.

Of course, where there’s a themed cafe, there’s bound to be a souvenir shop filled to the brim with awesome merchandise for fans to snap up.

The cafe will be appearing from 16th September to 17th October 2021, and can be found at Umeda Box Cafe&Space. Check out the website to see the full menu or reserve a table!
