Burger King Japan sure has been on a roll with some intimidatingly named burgers lately. With heavy hitters like their Ugly Burger series, the Strong Magma One Pound spicy meat wall, and the Tokyo Teriyaki Tower Super One Pound Beef Burger, those having it their way in Japan know they're getting into a big eats affair.

The hamburger chain seems to be acknowledging a bit of the guilt that comes with that, as well, it's the name of their newest heft burger series, one that comes soaked in buttery guilt: The Guilty Butter Burger.

The new Guilty Butter Burger series uses craft buns that have "soaked up butter" using a process of slowly pouring butter into the dough after the fermentation process has finished, and then handmaking and baking each one by one. Burger King says the finished product is loaded bun that offers the rich aroma and taste of butter.

The buttery craft buns are used on two new burgers, the Guilty Butter Beef Burger and Guilty Butter Chicken Burger.

Guilty Butter Beef Burger

The Guilty Butter Beef Burger serves a 100% beef patty grilled over an open flame, topped with cheddar cheese, pickles, fresh lettuce, tomato, onion, and creamy mayonnaise and ketchup, all sandwiched between the rich butter buns.

Guilty Butter Chicken Burger

Meanwhile, the Guilty Butter Chicken Burger puts a crispy and juicy chicken patty with lettuce, onion, pickles, mayonnaise, and a special cheddar cheese sauce in between the butter soaked buns.

For those a bit buttered out by the burgers, Burger King will also be offering "Pierrot no Ama Pote", or Clown Sweet Fries. This salty and sweet side serves up French fries drizzled with a special mixed chocolate sauce.

All three items will be available at Burger King locations throughout Japan from October 22nd for a limited time.
