Bitchu Kokubunji Temple is located in Soja City, Okayama prefecture, and needs no added flourish to be a source of great photography. It's said to be the last five-story pagoda built in Japan, and overlooking lush green scenery and cherry blossoms in the spring, it's always a visual crowd pleaser.

So while photographer Kadowaki (@Os__0114) didn't have to wait for a particular season to snap a nice shot, they did put a lot of work into capturing one they and others have described on Twitter as a miracle shot.

Their work paid off, delighting many online who have compared the gorgeous picture to a dramatic opening scene found in anime and movies, leaving in impressed comments.
