Starting tomorrow, August 5th, 2022, the Sushi Bar Fujiyama branch in the Akihabara neighborhood of Tokyo is introducing a new dish called フジヤマこぼれ寿司 (fujiyama kobore-zushi | Fujiyama overflowing sushi) to its all-you-can-eat sushi-centric izakaya banquet course.

Fujiyama kobore-zushi is a unique and extravagant sushi dish consisting of a gunkan sushi roll topped with a generous portion of 大トロ ōtoro fatty tuna, 雲丹 uni sea urchin and イクラ ikura salmon roe. This special sushi can only be enjoyed as part of Sushi Bar Fujiyama's all-you-can-eat course meal.
