Last month we brought you news of a brand new Kirby Cafe opening up in Japan. There’s already two official Kirby Cafes in the country located in Tokyo and Hakata, and this new eatery will be landing in Nagoya.

The previous announcement kept us on tenterhooks by only revealing the location and opening date, but now we’ve finally got a glimpse at the upcoming interior and exclusive menu items.

Kirby Cafe Nagoya will be opening in Nagoya Parco from 15th September 2022 to 5th February 2023.

It looks like the interior will be bright, with a lot of light-coloured wood, plants and yellow feature walls. There also seems to be large windows to supply lots of natural light.

The Waddle Dee Burger, containing a miso katsu, with a side of meat pasta and vegetables will be exclusive to the Nagoya branch.

As will this adorable ‘fried shrimp dog’ which is served in Kirby’s huge mouth.

For desserts, there’s an adorable ‘Kirby Peach Peach Parfait’ with bright colours and a cute Kirby at the top.

Apart from these dishes that can only be nabbed at the Nagoya location, the Kirby Cafe will also be serving up an awesome character-inspired afternoon tea at all three branches.

The set is celebrating the new game Kirby and the Forgotten Land, and it is themed around Waddle Dee Town, a level in the game. This item will arrive on the menu from 15th September and will only be available for a limited time.

You can check out the full menu and book a table on the Kirby Cafe Nagoya website.
