Cosplay lets anime fans delve into the worlds of their favorite characters, but now fans can add something more to their usual cosplaying routine.

Japanese cosplayer Yohco is the producer of the new book Animeshi!, a recipe book packed with some of your favorite anime characters and their favorite foods. The title is a portmanteau of the words “anime” and “meshi,” which means “food” in Japanese, and the book is the ultimate collaboration between cosplay and cooking!

Yohco took care of everything from the preparation of the food to the photography, making sure everything went with the theme “easy, tasty, and kawaii.”

Animeshi! will be available at Tokyo Big Sight during Comiket 89 on December 31st. If you know you won’t be there but need this gem of a book, you’ll be able to order it online through the Animeshi website. It costs 1,500 yen (about 12 USD), which is definitely worth it for the chance to get ahold of these glorious recipes.
