PABLO, a cheese tart specialist store became a huge hit in Japan since its birth in 2011.

And now, in December 2015, they opened up a new branch in Omotesando, Tokyo, which is a popular yet extremely competitive area for shops and restaurants.

One of the features of this branch is the premium cafe on second floor. It is the first Pablo cafe in greater Tokyo.

The first floor has a takeaway sales of freshly-baked cheese tart and other products, as well as a casual cafe space.

At the first-floor cafe space, customers are able to drink coffee roasted in-house, as well as light meals such as sandwiches and toasted sandwiches.

Second floor, on the other hand has a very open space to allow customers to relax more.

The menu on the second floor differs from the first floor, which includes freshly-baked mini cheese tart with truffles, as well as Camembert and quattro formaggio and other dishes that can only be ordered at this store.
