We all know that sneaking up on a cat and leaving a cucumber behind it can send a feline flying, but it turns out there's a less stealthy alternative.
This cats leaps up onto a counter, pretty close to what it appears to be its water or food bowl. Licking its lips and looking around, our furry friend is ready to take their next step--unfortunately we never get to see what that is, as the instant pop-up action of the toaster behind it sends the cat almost flying toward the ceiling!
That's quite a landing, though! Even in utter surprise, a cat's reflexes are second to none.
