The hot and humid weather is melting everyone in Japan right now, which includes the liquid made chocolate. Well, Kit Kat does not seem to are, recently, they Nestle officially brought up a new idea to make chocolate not meltable (“literally”).

The new KitKat from Japan is being treated with liquid nitrogen cold spray, the laboratory item seems to be handy for kitchen-use right now, and they are very serious about it. The low temperature drops below the freezing point, which is under minus 196 Celsius.

With the support of liquid nitrogen, this allows creativity to go wild by stacking up different toppings on to it. Recommended chocolates are “Pineapple, Coconut, and Mint”...and even Carmel Popcorn, Marshmallow and Pretzel.
