As a curious kid during playtime, you probably found out why your parents told you not to eat LEGOs, but now it turns out that you'll soon be able munch on some edible LEGO blocks. If you make a stop by LEGLOAND Japan to sample their LEGO French Fries, that is.

LEGOLAND Japan will be opening on April 1st, and the colorful building block aesthetic will not only decorate the seven different areas in the park, but also the park-exclusive menu .

LEGO Block Fries!

With a variety of different shapes, now it's ok to play with your food!

The LEGO fries will be joining other blocky items on the menu, such as hot dogs, roast beef and fruity French toast. Understandably, those items aren't quite as blocky as the fries.

LEGOLAND Japan is an enormous park that features 7 different theme lands, made up of 17 million LEGO bricks and 10,000 LEGO models. To explore more, here is their official website.
