Those devilishly adorable and perennially popular twin maids of the light novel and anime Re:Zero - Starting Life in Another World will be celebrating their birthday in a few short months, and you're invited to join in the celebration with a pop-up boutique selling exclusive goods from January 20th to February 5th (11:00 am to 9:00 pm) at the Marui department store in Shibuya, and a very special event on the day of their birthday, February 2nd.

To celebrate, light novel illustrator Shinichiro Otsuka has created these two completely new beautiful illustrations to provide the backdrop for the various goods you'll be able to buy:

Limited-Edition Goods and Gifts

Special Gift:
Customers purchasing at least 3,000 JPY of merchandise at the event will receive a standalone original manga booklet by author Tappei Nagatsuki (one booklet per transaction)

Weekly Gifts:

• Jan. 20 (Sat) to Jan. 26 (Fri): Set of two paper coasters
• Jan. 27 (Sat) to Feb. 5 (Mon): Mini shopping bag

Details of the goods you'll find in the pop-up shop are already available on their special website, with more announcements expected in the weeks leading up to the event. Goods will mostly feature the two illustrations displayed above and will include clear folders, keychains, T-shirts, parkas, blankets, tapestries, smartphone cases, bags, mug cups and even perfumes and watches.
